Empowering Youth for Lifelong Success

Empowering Youth for Lifelong Success

At All the Way and Then Some, we have a rich history of program success and an unwavering commitment to our youth. Our mission is clear: we never give up on our young individuals, no matter where life takes them as they transition into adulthood. We want them to know that we are just a phone call away, ready to provide assistance or connect them with the available resources they need. In our eyes, mistakes are expected, but failure is not an option.

Our founder, Arthur R. Hawkins, brings over two decades of experience in creating and running nonprofits, with a journey that began in 1999. His dedication extends beyond nonprofits; he has served as a teacher, principal, coach, advisor, and mentor to countless young individuals. Coach Hawkins initiated his first nonprofit, "The Big Boys and Girls of Clarksville," in 1999 in Clarksville, Tennessee, before establishing "Men and Women of Action" upon relocating to McDonough, Georgia. His journey continued with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), a national organization dedicated to serving student athletes.

Recognizing the need for continued support in local high schools, Mr. Hawkins founded "All the Way and Then Some" in 2021, a nonprofit aimed at rebuilding and restoring fatherless youth, with a special focus on young men.

Located in McDonough, Georgia, we primarily serve the communities of Henry, Rockdale, Newton, Greene, and Greater Atlanta. Our target audience spans from middle school students to collegiate athletes. Our core interests lie in mentoring, teaching coping skills, developing leadership qualities, promoting self-help, nurturing emotional intelligence, fostering teamwork, and imparting financial literacy—essential skills for lifelong success.

With over two decades of experience as a teacher, coach, and principal and numerous youth awards under his belt, Coach Hawkins and the All the Way and Then Some team are committed to empowering youth worldwide, particularly young black males. We believe that every individual, regardless of their background, has a unique purpose and can make a significant difference in the world. Success, to us, means facing challenges, learning from them, and rising each day. Every young man and young woman in our program is equipped with the tools to chase their dreams and, in the process, make a positive impact on others, support their communities, and go the extra mile. It's then that they truly embody the spirit of "All the Way" and "Then Some."
